NeoTopia ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you play NeoTopia or visit neotopiagame.com, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Account information — When you sign in via Google (through Firebase Authentication), we receive your Google display name, email address, and profile picture URL. We do not collect passwords.
Game data — Your in-game progress, inventory, settings, and interactions are stored in our database (Google Cloud Firestore) to provide and improve the game experience.
Technical data — Basic connection information such as IP address and device type may be logged for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We do not collect payment information (the game is free to play), and we do not use third-party analytics or ad-tracking services.

03 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NeoTopia:

Firebase Authentication (Google) — Handles sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Cloud Firestore — Stores your game data. Data is hosted in Google Cloud infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

04 Cookies & Local Storage

NeoTopia may use cookies or browser local storage to keep you signed in and save local preferences. These are essential for the game to function — we don't use tracking cookies.

05 Children's Privacy (COPPA)

NeoTopia is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.

06 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected] and we'll process your request within 30 days.

07 Data Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of NeoTopia after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
