01 Your Account

• You sign in using Google via Firebase Authentication. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and play NeoTopia.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or let others play on it.
• You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

02 Acceptable Use

When playing NeoTopia, you agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players
• Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Spam, scam, or deceive other players
• Impersonate other players or staff
• Attempt to access other players' accounts
• Disrupt the game servers or interfere with other players' enjoyment
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the game

03 Intellectual Property

All content in NeoTopia — including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, game mechanics, and the NeoTopia name and logo — is owned by NeoTopia or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without our written permission.

Any content you create within the game (worlds, builds, etc.) is created using our tools and remains subject to these Terms. We may feature or showcase community creations with credit.

04 Game Modifications & Updates

We may update, modify, or change the Game at any time — including adding or removing features, items, or content. We'll try to communicate major changes, but we're not obligated to maintain any specific feature.

05 Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate these Terms.
• Serious violations (hacking, harassment, fraud) may result in immediate permanent bans without warning.
• We may terminate inactive accounts after extended periods of inactivity.
• You can request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

06 Disclaimers

NeoTopia is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee:

• The Game will be available at all times without interruption
• The Game will be free of bugs or errors
• That your game data will never be lost (though we do our best to prevent this)

We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoTopia and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you've paid us (which, since the game is free, is $0).

08 Third-Party Services

NeoTopia uses Google/Firebase services for authentication and data storage. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service.

09 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Continued use of NeoTopia after changes means you accept the new Terms.
